We all have a shoebox of pictures, usually deep under the bed, with photographs of parents, grandparents and distant relatives. These pictures fade, crack and tear until they’re barely viewable, never mind frameable. However, digital technology has come a long way. So much can now be done to old pictures, including:
– brightening
– recoloring
– eliminating cracks
– rebuilding torn sections
– addition/removal of people and things
I have the ability to scan and recreate your treasured images, literally bringing them back to life again. Below is a sample of what can be done to restore old photographs; to discuss your specific needs, please contact me.
The original photo, taken in the 1940s, was extremely faded though otherwise in good shape. I was able to remove the discoloration and bring back the original color.
